So this morning 22/05/13 i wake up to an AWFUL surprise stating that an amount of R220.00 was reserved for a purchase made more than a month ago & now my account is in a major minus thanks to incompetent staff & a poor system. Earlier this month i received an sms stating that they are aware of duplicate purchases & are processing the matter, a day or two later i get another sms stating that R220.00 was transferred back into my account of which i assumed was a duplicate the previous month as stated in the sms. Now what me off is that there was no sms sent to me before they left my account in a minus this morning stating that they have made a mistake etc. I should've closed this account the first tiome i receivd service from this bank. The way i feel now, is to get my salary transferred into another bank account & just leave that account as is. Either send your incompetent staff for training or STOP being stingy & upgrade your systems.
