Bad Attitude and no Feedback

Each time I send an e mail to this person I the customer have to follow it up
there is no confirmation or replies to my e mail
and when she does phone you she has an attitude she does not know the importance of customer relationships
I have therefore advised them that I have cancelled my insurance policy and sought another service provider at a cheaper rate
also when the policy increases there is no communication to the custome
