I am sick and tired of this service and am about to explode this is unacceptable and I refuse to be treated like this NO!!!
I am still waiting for the stupid cellphone that according to Sharkira the supervisor for Zakhele, Mapaseka, Emmanuel, Tsepo, Imtiaz you name and I am on my chops so flippen angry. On the 8th May I was misinformed about the excess amount I need to pay (Imtiaz) was the consultant I spoke to, received a call from Mapaseka again confirmed with her and she agreed. Fought for that Sharkira fixed that for me in fact after numreous phone calls into the call sentre. Sharkira phoned me on the 15th May and she confirmed that I will get my phone on Friday the 17th latest Monday I called again on Friday the 17th and spoke to Sharkira that please make sure that monday I must get my phone because Tuesday I'm leaving for Eastern Cape and I'm gonna be there for 10days and she promised that on Monday the 20th I will get the phone, yesterday received a call from her and she said she didn't know that I was in Cape Town she thought that I was in Johannesburg but she would arrange that I get the phone today around 8 latest 9o'clock I told her that I' not gonna be available
