I swear... the people that work at FNB do not communicate with each other so i finally went in to the branch and sorted my cheque account out by my self. As the call centers where absolutely useless!
So now pending my credit card they approved it, i sent interest rate review request. then they cancelled the application because they had no clue what was going on. So then they escalated the issue, and now here we go FNB saying we approve the card and back to square one. BUNCH of APES i swear.
Thanks for nothing, Tracey Sonickson. This application was done on the 26th of April...
SERIOUS!!! catch a wake up!
