Good Day

Please note on page 8 on your brochure it states that cancellation
has to be made by writing which I did on the 24.04.2013.

And because I know what bad service (Experienced when I had to claim for a phone) you provide I decided to use my company's resources
once again to confirm if the cancellation was made on the 26.04.2013 and yes as I had expected no it was not done.
And this is the main reason I decide to cancel the insurance with your company because of this, the company is unreliable.

30 days has passed already why is my account going to be debited again on the 27 of May?
Yesterday I called the call centre and the agent could not explain to me why so I asked a supervisor to call me back and that never happened as well.

Please urgently advise.
