CONFUSION ON COMPANY POLICY AMONG STAFF MEMBERS

I launched a request to visit a dentist in April and Oneplan credited R400.00 to my card of which I was able to withdraw R390.00 due to bank charges. I visited a dentist who charged me R300.00. I sent through proof of payment on the next day. The next week I wanted tried to request funds to take my daughter to the dentist and I did not get a response from Oneplan so I paid cash. I have since submitted the receipts so that I can get the reimbursement and have made ten follow ups via email and no one even acknowledges receipt of my mail. This morning I received an sms that I need to payback R100 to Oneplan from the initial visit and nothing about the subsequent reimbursement. I try calling the offices almost everyday and am put on hold for about twenty minutes before I finally hang up because I cannot afford the time and costs. Sometimes I get through the customer service and request them to call by they never do. I get a different explanation every time when I finally manage to get through. I am really frustrated with the service received and its not the first time complaining. Only reason I may stay with them is the pricing but their service and policy is erratic and pathetic
