On the 25th April money was taken from my account which was not authorized by myself, I have done the necessary steps for Standard Bank to return my money but I have received no feedback or communication for the past 4 weeks. I have been phoning everyday and no one can assist me on this matter, I have been receiving terrible service. Can someone highly qualified please assist me in this matter?
