Wasted resources calling using my money

I received my report from trans-union and discovered that I owe a company called Blu Financial Services. I am not sure who they are or how I got subscribed to them, what i do know is that i want my name cleared. Please I've been trying for a week and a half to get a hold of someone from the company but i get disconnected and when i call the 0860002583 number i get disconnected and the 012 9904300 i get voice instructions telling me to hold and thereafter get disconnected, all i need to get more details so that if i am the perpetrator i can pay my dues and get my name cleared, I need documentation proving that i have opened an account with them, then by all means I will pay if Im guilty.
