I joined the Enquiries queue @ 10:07am (Saturday). At 10:37, I was next to be helped. Explained to the person that I had opened a Sum1 account for my daughter in November; bank opened two accounts (sum1 and savings) but only one was linked to her card. Gave person details and it took 5 mins to link the account. Great! I explained that Internet Banking couldn't be set up; Call Centre had told me IB couldn't be done on Sum1 account. Person said not true, I should try to set it up at their IB terminal, which I did, but the IB setup still didn't work. Gave up after trying twice (10 minutes); decided to check if the card at least had the 2 accounts linked at the ATM outside. Inserted card at ATM, did 'check balances'. The ATM seemed to 'hang' for 90 seconds then cancelled operation and said check slip for details. But the ATM was OUT OF PAPER - no slip. I went back inside to the consultants (shortest queue) to see if I could get someone there to call the Branch Manager. He was sitting at the consultant's desk helping a customer. I asked if I could see him; he basically said no, he was busy with another customer. Didn't even say that he would try to help me in 5 minutes! Left fuming!
