Problems problems problems!!!

This instutution can not get any thing rite.ive drawn R1000 and atm did not dispence cash.the call center says i will wait 7-14working days to get my monies??? i then drew R400 a week later and the same problem??? I WILL NEVER BANK THERE AGAIN!!! THE WORST BANK EVER EXPERIENCED.and not to mention how much other problems ive had???
