Email below srefers: todate the suupplier has not responded & my aunt is in hospital

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
My name is Methu Ndlovu, representing my aunt, Emily P Shongwe, policy number HPF201000012 - please see policy attached.
I filed her claim end of March (i personally dropped papers at your offices in Parktown) and this was met with the following requirements :

1. Medical certificates dating 2010 - 2012
2. Certified copy of ID

She questioned the medical records as this was not stated as a requirement upon signing up of which the consultant promised to call her back and to this date no one has made contact with her. The copy of her ID I personally submitted. This serves as our last follow up of which we will refer the matter elsewhere should we get no traction as its proving to be costly to recover money against her hospitalization. Very disappointing for a brand of this stature to renege on its promise detailed in the contract. She phoned your offices and she was advised that they will not pay her R800 per day as initially agreed as per contract which we find absurd.
