Not happy with procedure of cancellation

Last week i called your offices to cancel my retirement fund policy i was advised to fax or email documentation in order to be assisted. The following day i called to enqire if the documents were received then only was i advised that the ID copy was not clear if i didn't contact your offices for a follow up means that nothing would have been done to process or i would have not been contacted to advise me of the error in the copy. Now today i emailed a clear copy off my ID and called your offices yet again to enquire if everything was okay.. Today im adivised that the process will take about 2 weeks while last week i was told 5 days... i would really like to have this policy cancelled and the this issue resolved by Wednesday and for someone to contact me and advised me when ill be reimbursed with my funds.
