I went to FNB Randridge Mall yesterday with an internet banking problem and was assisted by a really patient, friendly and proffesional lady by the name of Cynthia. Her superb customer service makes me really proud to be an FNB client. Despite the other departments giving her a run around she never lost patience and not once was she unprofessional towards them or me. THank you Cynthia
