After going INTO my branch 2 x to apply for e bucks for my business account, only to be told I couldnt due to their "servers" being down I was finally given the name of my "personal banking manager"- with the wrong email address! When I finally tracked her down she assisted me to register. My registration went through on the 04/04. A month later I called the call centre to ask why I still had no ebucks balance. I was told they only calculate once a month. When I still never had a balance (12/05) I emailed my NEW bus manager and she first told me I needed 15000 ebucks before I benefited, then when I had a fit she called back to say that due to the fact I never ticked the box to receive FNB marketing I dont qualify. This is absolutely underhand and devious. If I do not get the ebucks due to me from when I swiped my 26th time, within 48hrs I am going to close my FNB accounts
