The above stated reference number refers:
On 12/04/2013 I was trying to pay for my purchases using my Standard Bank debit card.
My account was credited by R214.80 but the transaction did not go through, I then had to pay cash from my pocket. This seems to be happening every month on my account now without THE BANK REIMBURSING THE BANK CHARGES.
Please refund my cash into my account plus the charges immediately.
When I laid the complaint I was told it takes 12 business day, that has lapsed, I want my money now
