Hi
We recently opened a business account (62403469663), I now have two issues unresolved. I went into a branch to get a confirmation letter, I had to wait a half an hour to get it because the neccessary documents was not scanned in by someone. Now the directors excluding myself cannot register their company cards, they tried online as well as going into the branch with no help. This is really rediculous as we chose FNB thinking we would get the best service!!!
