Early last year i have lodged a complaint with Creditombudsman requesting some assistance in investigating the garnishee orders i have but was very dissapointed with the outcomes and the way the cases was handled. i have 4 complains, 1. Bayport financial, Izwee loans, Atlas finance, SA Multi loans, but in all these cases only one was resolved the other three i never heard anything. Early this year i spoke to Ms Magashree Ramsaroop requesting to know the status about the Atlas Finance outcome, since the last time she promise that she is gonna meet with them, but after i called asking for the outcomes she responded by saying the Atlas people promised to call me of which they never did and i explained that to her, all of a sudden she then told me that all my cases where closed since they struggled to contact me. She then told me that i must lay a complain again and she promise that the call centre will call me to lay a complain again but up until today nothing happened, Right now i am so fustrated that i put all my trust on ombudsman thinking they gonna assist me, but it seems i was wrong. Right now i dont know who to go to for assistance if Creditombudsman fail to assist me
