Pay peanuts, get monkies?

Helped by a lady with a straight face, cold responses and her badge inside out until i asked her name.
I wanted a personal loan, or at least see how much i qualify for. Out of my 3 payslips my february one had 2 pages, basic salary on one and commision continued on second page. She refused to consider the commision as it was paid 2 days later. This was just because of a once off minor glitch with payroll at work. I told her but this would jeopardise my application as my commision makes up 70% of my income and this would misconstrue my income.

Needless to say i received a flimsy offer understandably since my February income was dropped so much just because it was 2 pages. i was told to "take it up with client care" if i have a problem. I asked does this mean my income is 70% less?? Totally unreasonable and inflexible application of ones job that just pushes a client away. My papers were shoved back to me. And to think i almost joined Capitec. Ive stayed so long with FNB because of the top class service even though i am being ripped off. I am bitterly disappointed. Another case of "pay peanuts and you get monkies??
