Denied Vehicle Finance

On the 12th november I went to a FNB Woodmead Branch to apply for car Finance and i must say the service was excellent however my application was declined and I was adviced to try after 6 months, I then called Wesbank to log a review and was advised to send in my payslips and Bank statements and My new Employment Contract as i Have been promoted to be a Store Manager, I had explained to Wesbank that My Basic Salary as of 26 November will be R8000 Commision Incentives and had explained that for the past Four Months I have been earning R10k or more and had settled all my Debt with any credit institution and how ever I can still settle my Debt which I have with Capitec which is Not More Than R3000 i was given ref # 85210963761 I was told by one Of their Helpful agent (Miranda) that My Quoted Installment would be more Than My disposable Income which I didnt Understand. Please dont get me wrong all the Employees who assisted me were very helpful and Friendly the thing is Wesbank is shutting me out they cant even tell me what amout of Car i can Qualify for. All Im asking for is help please.
