SAIPA
2 Months without reply, yet still adding interest

My wife has been involved in a dispute with SAIPA for the past year or so and still we have not found a single competent person who can resolve this matter. No one seems to have the necessary skills or authority to resolve.

It's an extremely long story, but basically my wife almost got blacklisted for non-payment of her fees, even though she indicated that she wanted to terminate her membership to this Institute (which incidentally receives almost no recognition in the market, yet their annual fees are double the value of SAICA memberships, and unlike all real professional bodies, SAIPA conveniently assumes you would like to renew your membership, even if you indicate the opposite).

After months of communication back and forth and eventually deciding to pay a pro-rata portion of the fees (as confirmed by SAIPA's financial manager) as settlement to the attorneys, SAIPA still ignores any and all communication and happily charges interest on the account on a monthly basis.

Is there ANYONE at this business that has the skills, competencies and authority to contact me and ensure we resolve this matter once and for all?
