NOT RECEIVING STATEMENT

On 29 April I have requested a statement from [Email Removed] in order for my debt counsellors to settle this account. I have been following it up sending emails and not receiving a response. The only response I have received is when I started to cc cardstatements into my email which reads: We apologise for the delay in responding to your request.

We understand your frustration and concern.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding your account enquiry.

Kindly be advised that our Debt Review Department is the correct division that will be in a position to assist you with your request..

I have asked that I need it by the 7th in order to make the necessary arrangements with my counsellors.

Can someone please forward me my statement? I am not asking for it for love and charity. I NEED IT!!
