4 weeks after incident, still no assistance

Hit a kudu on the way to work on 16 April 2013. After being cut off in middle of call multiple times I eventuality had claim processed with no assistance from call centre. Working long hours underground during the week makes it difficult to phone during office hours, so I explained that it would be easier to phone and give feedback to my wife or ask her for anything they need to make the process go quicker. Still refusing to assist my wife a week later I phoned again to notify them that it is difficult to speak to me personally and that they should speak to my wife the person on other side (can't remember name) didn't want to assist me either since it was ten minutes before closing (16h50 22/04/2013) and agreed to let someone call my wife the next day. Needless to say my wife was never call and she ended up calling auto and general. Countless times thereafter she has phoned and still don't know what is to happen with vehicle. She is either told that claim is lying at Chad from Telesure or system is offline or system fault or qoute is not loaded/finalized or assesor has not come back to them yet. The claim should have taken 3 days to finalise and tomorow it is 4 weeks later.
