Lat week Thursday I entered the branch in harrison street and to my relief i saw them advertising that they give customers a free credit report which at that time was exactly what i needed. I submitted the necessary documents and was told that it would take about 30 minutes to get the report back. I waited that entire day but nothing. I followed up numerous times and they still had no feedback. I called this morning and the consultant made no sense to me, All i want is my free credit report as they have advertised. If you cannot provide this then you shouldnt advertise it.
