ABORTION OF SERVICE & NIGHTMARE OF BANK

THE WORST MORNING OF MY LIFE... SPEND AT STANDARD BANK BRAKPAN. 1ST get to the bank and there is NOT ONE PEN... asking for a pen the person took the longest panic walk to fetch pens for ALL the people waiting for one. CELLPHONE are permanently going of in the bank and being used without one word being said. THIS IS WERE ITS STARTS.. u stand in the in line FOREVER, the tellers doesnt look well trained ..after standing in line forever when i get to DEPOSITS COUNTER and have xxx speak to me in a manner that i just fell of a pic truck and i get told to get back in line until she calls me in a manner fit for a pig while she walks around in the back when u ask for the bank manager NOTHING IS DONE UNTIL I HAD TO PUT UP A SCENE in the bank THE SECURITY GUARD when asked for the manager IGNORES ME BLUNT THE MANAGER FEMALE took this all up in a joke and only appeared after i made a scene then NIKKI acted like see never said anything IT WAS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE THANK I BANK WITH CAPITEC what a PLEASURE my bank
