Absa must be the most pathetic bank that i have ever come across 3 weeks ago i asked them for a copy of my marraige cert and anti num contract to this day i have not received a phone call from them i have had a bond with them for 14 years and i get treated like this i am paying 13% intrest do you think they will offer me a better intrest no way no phone call we have not been receiving mail because of the strike but hold me down i get a phone call to tell me that my bond is R69 in arrears i owe 360.000 and they phone me for R69
