I need my money back

Claim number no 1251782.

I did email to pop@onegrp.co.ca on 15 April 2013 @ 06h59pm and 22 April 2013 @ 09h35 am all the proof of payment. Did speak to Nellie Sethole on 08/05/2013 she confirmed that they did received it. Today my account was debited with the R230.00. I need my money back please.
