Money taken without my knowledge

My pension was paid into my only active account, I was in arrears with cc, as soon as the pension was paid in the cc money of R7994 was taken without speaking to me. Same day R36000 was also deducted from my account same branch Lenasia, went to South gate the next day and that was where I learned abouth the R7994 being for my cc, consultant who assisted could not advise on the R36000 and lodged a complaint that would take 3 working days, as this is such a big some of money I as a now unemploeyed single mother needed all my money. This to me is as they suppose to have tried making payment arrengments with me instead of waiting for my pension and taking All my money. :-( :-(
