Monthley "anual" fee increase

I have noticed that my annual RA admin fees increased every month. I then proceeded to contact discovery 2 May (REF2837955897) Where I was told I will get feedback on mail in 24 hours. I called the following day and was told it not 24hour but 24 - 48 hours and will have feedback by Monday. Monday I called and was told another 24 hours, at this point I stopped taking REF numbers and ever time I called I need to explain again... REF numbers is a waist of time it seems.

My complaint is simple.
1) How can a annual fee increase monthly?
2) Currently Discovery pocket 20% of what I pay them monthly and growing. At this rate it seems Discovery will retire with a pockets full of money! How awesome will it be to getting 20% on any investment!!!

RA is for me to retire, at this rate I can get more money by putting money in the bank than using Discovery services and that will include bank fees!!!
