Have to beg for rewards offered

Discovery. One of the most innovative companies in SA.

Me and my partner recently moved over to Discovery Insure. On a monthly basis we contribute towards Discovery R10370.25 excluding card fees, miles & interest.

For almost a year I've been having problems with refund due form Vitality partners, on a monthly basis I have to log calls to get the refunds.

So over to Discovery Insure. The first month has now passed and I noticed that I didn't receive the additional 400DQ.I phoned Discovery and was informed that option for me to receive the 400DQ points was not selected, I pay extra for the service and a tracker was fitted to my vehicle. Not sure how they didn't select the option.

Discovery one of the most unreliable companies when it comes to the rewards, have the same issues with Vitality and the Life insurance. Moral of the story check your refunds monthly, they will nail you if you don't. I'm seriously considering moving as I don't have time for bad services and i'm definitely not going to play watch dog and beg for my rewards.
