LOAN/ADVANCE FROM MY POLICY NOT BEING PROCESSED

I am really upset with Liberty Life now. I have been sending my scanned and sent my Request Form clearly marked that this is for an ADVANCE, even had repayment details on the form. This form was brought back to me 3 times saying that I had marked 2 options and not one, i.e. Loan/Advance. This is really ridiculous as I have never missed a premium but when it comes to claiming, I'm given the run around.
