No one is giving me any feedback

On the 25/04/2013 i called regarding the current loan i have with FNB just to check the outstanding amount i owe to them, they gave me a figure which surprised me considering the amount i took. Initially i agreed to a loan of 18 months than later that day some lady called me saying that my loan was approved but they need to extend the months to /- 22 or so, i stand to be corrected on that however they claim that i agreed to 30 months hence when i called them on the 25/04/2013, the lady i spoke to said her Supervisor CharleeenCooper will retrieve the call and get back to me, today it's the 9th of May and no one has bothered to come back to me. Does it really take FNB more than 14 days to retrieve a call or to give me feedback???
