Loan Settlement

I called your office on the 23.01.2014 and requested a settlement amount. I spoke to Lusanda on the day and she gave me this loan settlement R4344.60 and this was hardly a month after I took out the loan. I told her when I took out the loan I was told if I settle it in less than a month of acquiring it, i will only pay back the amount loaned which is R4000.00, to my surprise she told me if the loan is paid back within 7 days.
This was never told to me only the statement I mentioned above, I request to speak to a supervisor and WALLID SONDER assured me he will investigate and contact me with feedback, even to this day I never received a call nor sms, I had to call again today (27.01.2014) and Yandisa Tonj quoted me the same amount of R4344.60 EVEN AFTER YOU GUYS HAVE TAKEN THE DEBIT ORDER ON THE 23RD. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? WALLID, DID YOU EVEN LISTEN TO THE CALL AS PROMISED? SOMEBODY CALL ME URGENTLY AS I DO NOT WANT THIS TO DRAG FOREVER. I REFUSE TO PAY R4334.60 AS THIS WAS NOT TOLD ME ON THE RECORDING WHEN I TOOK OUT THE LOAN.
