We supposed to receive a letter from ABSA student loan Bureau in Claremont. The letter is supposed to state that funds can be released to us but we need a letter from ABSA which states this, I have been waiting for this letter from ABSA since last week and I have to follow up with them everyday and some days they don't even reply. Honestly this is the worst service I've ever encountered.
