TRACE ALERT BUT UNREACHABLE

Do these people even exist? You are affecting my credit profile and I want the trace alert on my profile removed immediately as I have no contracts, business or dealings with your company. I have escalated this to the Ombudsman as well as the NCR for investigation. It's pathetic that you people don't even have a phone where one can reach you - I have been calling the number on your alert and left many messages but not one response. I would like a resolution on this urgently.

I requested my free annual credit report and notice a trace alert on my profile from yourselves.
The reference no is WIL14324. I have been phoning the number on the trace alert 0861101729 continuously and get cut off everytime with no option to speak to anyone or leave a mesage.

I have never had any accounts with DMC? or recieved no notices, no smss, no letters, calls or anything regarding any account with yourselves and have contacted the NCR who advises that this falls under the Prescription Act and has to be withdrawn.

Can you please remove this profile from ITC.
