I have been trying to change my bank details and d/o date since Aug 2012. I've called your call centre and even went into your bank recently. I am beyond angry and irritated as it now shows I am in arrears of R446, 83, for what? Your incompetence? I refuse to pay. Same thing happened in Jan, someone confirms done, but it is not done, I can't be held liable for your staff not working, I did my part. Upon noticing the debit did not go off my new bank details on the 1st as requested, I transferred to my old account and a naedo went off, but still 1 unpaid. Now somebody please explain to me how 1debit went off via fnb, another naedo went off on the old account on Sat the 4th yet the other did not go off in either account but funds were there. (I have a both bank statements to prove it) I have now paid cash and need this reversed immediately and my name cleared. I do not afford such silly errors on my name. You lazy staffers need to understand for some of us this has a huge impact on our credit profile. Change my details, you have all the FNB and pay slip paperwork.
