Good day... i would like to complain about fnb's service they deliver... since the 20april this month when i got paid ive been experiencing problems... when i swipe my card the transaction go through because i recieve a msg on my phone... lastweek saterday the last money i withdrew from my acc was 200 an i was left with 700 the monday when i checked my balance it was .00 but the available balance was saying 3000.00 so i called fnb to find out what the problem was an they told me there were still transactions pending meanind some transactions did not go through... fine after that i asked then to please fix the problem an give me my balance i have available... they gave me 1000.00 back the next day i checked there was 700 in my acc i did not draw money nothing... i also have a 30day notice acc which i saved 1000 an asked them to give it to me an this was gonna happen the 27the the money was deposited the monday... but now my acc is in a minus because of delayed transactions i think thats unfair because of the merchants doing the banking on their time an howecer the bank tells u that u can swipe ur card at any time but how can this be when it happens that transactiona are delayed???
