Its no problem cause url didn't want to pay i had to go buy the mechanisms which costed R4600.00 before discount & got it put in with all costpaid by myself. So in the future yourl must tell all yourl clients to take theirs cars to motorite assessors cause it seems vw mechanics don't know what they doing & motorite assessors and better than vw mechanics, yourl are just rip offs and im not waiting for yourl to change your mind on my claim cause yourl dont like paying out but when yourl take our money yourl very fast in that and also to and say everythings covered besides your tyres. Im just one of hundreds of motorite unhappy and unsatisfied customer. Please motorite go on hello peter website and just look at how many of thousands of people yourl rob. So for yourl its nothing new. Motorite dont to your customers and tell them yourl cover everything besides tyres cause thats how yourl to me. One day yourl will be brought to book. And also when yourl send out your assessors don't go behide every ones back go see the managers incharged at that which was lesego at vw midrand at that time which knew nothing about your assessors cuming into the workshop and even if he came
