Clearly havving disregard for legalities

I filled in forms to have my bank statements sent via email to specific email addresses, 2 of my account statements are going to emails I did NOT specify when signing documents. Further more the cheque cards do not work abroad, I was totally humiliated when I had to pay for something and the card would not work, it kept on saying "transaction not allowed". I looked like a criminal wanting to pay with my own money and it wouldn't work.
