SMS received "Your AMPATH account was handed over for collection. Contact VEDICRED on 0126612366 to make arrangements. Ref 100024 0001 3850 2".
1. You have the wrong number (as I have informed you on 3 occasions!!!
2. This is possibly the worst 'customer service' I've had the displeasure of receiving - you have my number - how about PHONING ME!!!
3. Please take the trouble to remove my number from your system before I take the trouble of contacting ICASA or who ever I need to contact to lodge a formal charge against you!!!
