SMS recieved about a debt I know nothing about

Good day,

I've received a sms indicating that i haven't paid my AMPATH account and will be handed over within 72 hours.
I've not used or been to AMPATH before. I've also called the the company to double check and they cannot find
any account details relating to myself or any other family member. I believe you have the wrong contact details.

I've tried calling the number provided: 081 293 3971/2. No one answers, I've been trying for 3 hours.
Please resolve, as i do not appreciate being spammed about unpaid accounts that don't belong to me.
