Good day,

I am receiving bills and messages addressed at a person I do not know, via sms to my personal cell number. I have contacted DStv to ask them to please take me off their list, as they are continually contacting the wrong person. I assume that this person used to have this cell number, before I opened the contract. However, they told me that they could not remove my number from their system, as it was the only contact number they have for the particular person.
Am I then going to continue receiving bills and messages to my number even though it is not applicable to me? This is very annoying, and I cannot just accept the response I got, that they are unable to remove the number.

Please assist in this matter!
