WHY WAS I BILLED???

After i got paid on the 25/04 i saw on my statement that an amount of R89 was deducted, i did research and found out it was this company working with Finrite or whatever. i then sent an email over a week ago and Seelan responded and said the matter will be investigated.
Up until today i have not recieved any responce and i have not recieved my money, i have never taken out of wanted any insurance with this company and if so why was i not sent an sms or email confirming that something was done and a debit order would be made? i have opened a case at the police station and i have consulted with my lawyers as this is, you people will dont play me for a and take my money! i worked hard for it and i want my money back! you better contact me because i am sick of running after you as if you add value to my life when all u do is take funds that dont belong to you!!!
