I arrived at this bank wanting to send money using moneygram and the que was quite long and moving at a very slow pace. The time i arrived there was no one asking us what services we required to do like they normally do. I eventually got to one of the consultants and enquired if i can send money to Botswana using moneygram and i was told, NO we do not have a drop down for Botswana. I said ok thats fine, what if i have a Botswana FNB account will that be fine? I was the told yes you can do so at the tellers. I again had to wait in another que and there was noone asking the customers again. I got to the teller and told her what i wanted to do and she told me we do not do transfers to Botswana. It was really frustrating and considering i had my 2 year old daughter with me who was also a victim of this bad service. Had there been someone from FNB asking customers what services they required, my daughter and i would not have gone through the FNB torture we experienced.
