First For Women Insurance

On tuesday 30 april i was stuck without diesel 65km from upington. i called the roadside assistance no at first for women at 18:00. an answering machine said that i must try during office time. i was standing on thr r14 road at a dangerous position. i had to get help. because first for women could not assist me, i called a tow-in company. they brought some fuel and charged me R900 for the service. i want to claim that from first for women. they gave me two numbers but i could not get through to either of it. i also sen more than one email without succes. the answering machine keeps telling me and that they have a high call rate and will answer soon. after holding on on my cellfhone for a long period of time i dfecided to end the call. i tried several times. i then again called the roadside no. i asked if someone and lady said that cant be done. i am only 6 months at ffw and never claimed before.

i must mention that i got a qoute for assurence on a new car wich i am receiving tomorrow. i am concidering not to add anything more.
