Pay and Clear Now Service Does not work

On 04.05.2013 @ 11h24, i made a payment of R2000 to an ABSA account and selected the pay and clear now service but it is now more than 24 hrs later and the money has not yet been cleared, and yet i paid the R38.00 service fee. This is a total rip off and it is not on, i really am not happy with the service that i am receiving. this is not the first time this has happened, the first time i led it slip but now it is a recurring thing.
