So difficult to get settlement lette

Same as another customer who placed similar complaint yesterday- How difficult is it to settle loan? I called about 4 times. First they can't give you a settlement because it is too close to debit order going off. Then I called a day after debit goes off, then it's still not time as payment don't reflect. This morning I called before 9am and told that I would get letter within an hour. It is now 7 hours later and still nothing. The sad thing is that now I have to wait the weekend again, because their settlement is only valid for one day- so more interest. What a bunch of. Now I await their standard response they send everyone... tick tock
