FNB certainly do not help you

A week ago I laid a complaint about FNB they too their sweet time to get back tome and when they did the respondent was rude, unprepared and completely unhelpful!
Today I had issue with a other account. How do they justify charging R138 for an unpaid debit. Further I have proof that on my account they have honoured the debts they rejected to day. Don't bother phoning any of their help lines you will only just go through to a call center who are not interested in helping you!
All I can say is that FNB's customer service!!!
