Two months of trying to determine what staus of account is. From trying for over an hour to get hold of someone intelligent... to been told the account hasnt been paid in six months... then been referred to someone else who doesnt answer the phone for over two hours... to been told the vehicle is written off!

Seriously... is there anyone there who actually works? And the next question... the big question... is do you have anyone there who works AND knows what the is going on and what their job is?
