Can't get a maternity premium waiver processed

I have been trying since the beginning of March to get a premium waiver processed on my RA to no avail. I have sent countless emails to the [Email Removed] email address, called several times but everytime I keep getting referred to a message that was sent at the beginning of April requesting a gynaecologist's letter which I have sent more than 5 times the last time being the 18th of April. Till today I have not received any feedback on the application.
