Trying to query money being deducted off my cheque account! Phoned the number provided. Held on the phone for 9minutes (cell phone rates!!!) Listening to riduculous doof doof music that puts you in a bad mood! Only to get no joy, no service, no help! What has happened to people actually answering the phone and helping you?
